This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 14f platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services we provide to users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 14f platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 14f platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 14f as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect as soon as you first use the platform or complete the account registration process, whichever comes first.
The 14f platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to have only one active account on the 14f platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 14f is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence in safeguarding login details.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify the 14f support team immediately via email at [email protected]. Identity verification may be required in certain cases for security and compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals according to the specified procedures.
- Contact customer support for account and service-related inquiries.
- Accessing the platform from your own personal device.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that may disrupt platform operation or affect other users’ experience.
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering.
- Copying, distributing, or exploiting platform content without written permission from 14f.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
All transactions on the 14f platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from any illegal activities. 14f reserves the right to conduct compliance checks including identity verification before processing any withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set periodically and displayed in your account interface. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as the deposit, subject to the platform’s current policy. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
14f reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following circumstances: failed or incomplete identity verification; suspected fraud or violations of terms; detection of suspicious activity; or at the request of relevant authorities. In case of account termination, any valid balance will be refunded to the user after verification and subject to applicable legal requirements.
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 14f are subject to separate bonus terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been met.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 14f platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. 14f does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. 14f will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
All content on the 14f platform, including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of 14f or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission from 14f.
The 14f platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content for user convenience. 14f does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
14f reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by posting the latest version on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from these terms and the remainder will remain in full effect.
